I have been with this guys for a year now and they were decent but when winter came the rates shoot up quadruple Im a solo user going through a $80 a week on average I don't have hot water cause they don't help with that I don't have electronics apart from my tv and chrome cast and they still telling me it's normal I have changed my email so they don't close my account for saying how they really are

Apart from being prepay there's nothing else I can add to this There is a reason they don't do social media cause people will call them out publicly

Everything They over charge you and say it's it's your fault I used my heater for like an hour and a half in a week I am totally ripped off

Switched from Electric Kiwi to these guys and so glad we did. The per kwh rate is far cheaper with Wise Prepay. So good to be saving. Also like that there are more payment options, making it easier to pay.
