Bad customer service, have been trying to ring the meridian energy call centre 0800496496 for 2 was now between 9am- 4pm but it keeps saying they are shut & to call back during opening hours from 9am- 5pm but they are not open so I am a customer but cannot get through to them, maybe they need to sort this out

Not one to leave reviews usually but just finished another call with Meridian, again friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. Also online statistics are easy to access and worth studying from time to time. Very happy customer. Wish other large companies would answer that quickly and with a 'real' person.

Been with meridian for overc18 months amazing company gave rebate credit twice 110 dollars when I been credit and needed the money back within 2 days I have it came out of hospital and had a food delivery from meridian saying they wanted to help really happy with them I would recommend them
