I have been with EOL/Frank for 7 years now. I have looked to change multiple times but couldn't find a better deal elsewhere.

Not a customer, focused company and fail to respond to enquiries in a timely manner. Requested to close account and they didn’t even attempt to retain me as a customer so I left them.
