you can pay and build credit in your account, not like other provider that try to force to take automatic maney out of you banc accout.

Hi i highly recommend contact energy,I recently had a great experience with a customer service, i want to say thank you to Kate she was very helpful and takes the time to answer my questions and explained everything about my plan with the company and what is best for me, she helped me to find a good solution to pay my bills and she was very understandable, i was struggling and worried about my high bills but she gave me the best option and the best advice, she took time to explain it to me and she made sure that i understand which plan is perfect for me, i’m very happy with the smooth plan and now I don’t need to worry about my bills with contact energy after I agreed with my new plan, I usually have bad experience with customer from different companies but Kate changed my mind now i say loud that what Kate did is the perfect customer service i ever had.
thanks to Kate I would give her millions of stars . She gave me peace of mind.
