I used to recommend this company to everyone but started to notice that actually I wasnt saving money at all and I was on the wrong plan. 3 seperate phone calls later they still hadn't moved me to the correct plan, was told incorrect information and misled by the call centre. much happier with my new provider.

This is the worst company to work with! The customer service is practically non-existant and should somebody contact you 2 months after an issue is raised, that person can not help you and is not able to give assistance to get to the correct person either. It is even worse if you need a meter installed when you get solar. Read the fine print!

I am always looking for a better deal but since joining black box power I can't find any. Some power companies promise a credit after 12 months if I haven't saved but none will match or beat Black Box Powers rates.

Customer service is a bit hit or miss. have had to follow up on a couple of calls were what was discussed was not followed threw on but got there in the end.
